Detection That is Economical & Sensitive to Privacy
Many large employers rely on randomly pulling groups of employees out for drug testing to keep their environment safe, which is costly, intrusive, and doesn’t survey the entire population.
With detector dogs, checks for drugs and weapons can be performed in unison by checking parking lots or lockers. The dogs will alert when a car or locker contains contraband and their owner can then be brought forth for testing or a search. Pulling only those who are alerted on allows employers to maintain the privacy of their other employees and save money by testing a much smaller population.
Many employers will choose to lay off contraband offenders without a service package, which saves additional costs.
What Types of Workplaces Use R.A.I.D. Corps, Inc?
We have been hired to check company offices, industrial facilities, construction sites, restaurants, and more. When contractors are brought in to work on a project, detection is an effective way to ensure company compliance, while not interfering with the contractors’ internal corporate structure.
If a contracted employee smokes a joint on their lunch break and later injures them self in your facility as a result of clouded judgment, they are within their rights to sue the employer for Worker’s Compensation. It is legally up to you to prevent these costly injuries.
